All Quarterstaves have a damage roll of 1d6 for one-handed attacks and 1d8 for two-handed attacks plus a Strength Modifier for each, and they deal Bludgeoning damage.
They have a range of 1.5m. When wielded by a class that has a proficiency in Quarterstaves they can use the following actions:
