Zenimax teased towards the end of last year the next expansion for Elder Scrolls Online would take place in Skyrim, and unveiled today the official name for the next chapter, Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor, here’s what we know so far.
Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor Announced; Pre-Order Editions
The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoorexpansion was unveiled with the next DLC Harrowstorm, set to release ahead of chapter to head the story with two new dungeons. While Greymoor takes place in Skyrim, it is set almost a 1000 years before the events that take place in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Greymoor will feature Western Skyrim such as Solitude and Blackreach, giving 30+ hours of content. Much like last year that featured theSeason of the Dragon, this year’s content will follow theDark Heart of Skyrim.

Along with a new chapter comes a new Antiquities system where players can treasure hunt for trophies and furnishings across the ESO world. There will also the addition of a new 12 player trial Kyne’s Aegis and the rebalancing of the Vampire skill line. ESO will be adding a new type of public quest which works in similar way to Dolmens or the dragon hunts you find in Elsweyr.
The DLC Harrowstorm will release inMarch 2020and Greymoor will release inMay 18th for PC, June 2nd for PS4/Xbox One.

Pre-Order Editions

Physical Collector’s Edition
Only available with the physical version, players will receive the Gremoor chatper (does not include base game or previous chapters) as well as both physical collectibles and digital items:

Pre-ordering the physical collector’s edition will also gain you all pre-order rewards and pre-purchase exclusive mount available at launch. Console versions will release on June 2nd.
Digital Collector’s Edition
Picking up the digital collector’s edition will gain you access to the ESO base game instantly including previous chapters Morrowind, Summerset, and Elsweyr Chapters. You will also receive the latest chapter Greymoor when it is released. This also includes a number of digital items:
Digital Collector’s Edition Upgrade
If you already own the base game and previous chapters you can pick up the digital collector’s edition upgrade to gain some collector’s goodies. This includes the Greymoor chapter, pre-order bonuses and the following digital items:
Digital Edition Upgrade
If you’re just after the chapter itself and the pre-order items you can pick up the digital edition. This includes the new chapter Greymoor and the pre-order bonuses. You will also gain immediate access to the pre-purchase exclusive mount.
Standard Edition
Purchasing the standard edition of will grant you access instantly to the base game, previous chapters and the upcoming chapter Greymoor when it launches.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoorwill be releasing PC/Mac on May 18th and releasing on PS4 and Xbox One on June 2nd.
