The Ember Rufflizard inMonster Hunter Wildsis a hard-to-find endemic creature that’s located in a dangerously hot place. You’ll need to play through quite a bit of the game’s storyline to access this area and find this creature. Thankfully, you only need a Capture Net and not a weapon to get the Ember Rufflizard.
Ember Rufflizard Monster Hunter Wilds Location
The best place to find the Embler Rufflizard is withinArea 15 of the Oilwell BasininMonster Hunter Wilds. It’s located on the bottom floor of this biome. While exploring this area and looking at the map, look for pathways that seem open to another area. If they look like they end inexplicably, head to them, and you’ll likely find a route to a deeper floor. Area 15 is one of the last areas you’ll find in the Oilwell Basin.
Where to Find Aqua Sac in Monster Hunter Wilds
You’ll need to take down some tough monsters to get the Aqua Sac in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Area 14 has a river of water on it. Turn right from it, and you should see a red glow. This is when you know you’re in the right spot.
You may notice your health is going down while in Area 15. Make sure you take some potions like a Cool Drink from farming Chillshrooms to cool down your weary hero.
Once you’re in the fiery location, you’ll spot the Ember Rufflizards on the ground. They have a green glow as you approach them. Take out yourCapture Netby holding the left shoulder button and then selecting the item by either pressing the square/X or circle/B buttons. After that, press the square/X button to equip the Capture Net. Hold the left trigger button to aim and then the right trigger button to fire and capture the Ember Rufflizards.
Other Resources You Can Get from Oilwell Basin
A resource that may come in handy from the Oilwell Basin is Firestone. InArea 16, which is opposite15on the map, attempt to find rocks to use your pickaxe on. You’ll gain Dragonite Ore and Firestone, among other materials, by striking the Mining Outcrops there.Kranodath Skullscan also be found in theOiwell Basin. You’ll spot a few lurking aroundArea 14’s waters. verify to sheath your weapon and then press the circle/B button to carve the carcass for its materials.
If you look on the rocks of Area 14 as well, you’ll spot another type of endemic creature to capture: the Pink Landlight Shrimp. It’s worth collecting all of these creatures to get more information about the habitat in the Monster Field Guide.
