Chapter 3 ofFortniteis officially coming to a close, which means another epic live event is right around the corner. Ahead of the release of Fortnite Chapter 4,Epic Gameshas confirmed all of the details surrounding the next in-game live event, Fracture, including the start time, date, and all rewards for the event.READ MORE:The Witcher Remake Won’t Be Released Until After The Witcher 4According to Epic Games' most recentblog post, the Chapter 3 Finale Event will be “an otherworldly and unexpected social event”. The studio also states that whether players decide to attend the event on their own, or with a group of friends, “the fate of the Island is in your hands”.
When Does The Fortnite Fracture Live Event Start?
As confirmed by Epic Games, the Fortnite Chapter 3 finale event, Fracture, will take place onSaturday, December 3rd at 1PM PT / 4PM ET / 9PM GMT.
Fracture will be a one-time-only event, which means you’ll need to be playing Fortnite at the aforementioned date and time if you want to take part. A special playlist titled ‘Fracture’ will be made available in-game 30 minutes before the event begins. It’s advised that players jump in before the event kicks off, but if you’re running a little late, you can join whilst the event is in progress.
As a way to commemorate the upcoming Fortnite live event, players who log into the game from December 2nd at 9AM ET to December 4th at 2:45AM ET will receive the ‘Toasty Roast Emote’. Epic Games have also advised players to ensure that they have completed the Chapter 3 Season 4 Battle Pass before the live event takes place, as the new chapter and season will introduce a brand new Battle Pass for players to level up.
