Carved wood is a valuable resource that can be crafted at your base in Nightingale. If you are stuck trying to make it, here’s what you need to unlock to get Carved Wood in-game.
How to craft Carved Wood in Nightingale
Carved Wood is a processed material that can be crafted only after building theRefined Saw Table. This Saw Table unlocks after you have visited the Forest Antiquarian realm. Once the Refined Saw Station is ready, you’ll get access to the Carved Wood schematic. Now, click on the Carved Wood recipe and use4 pieces of Lumber.
You can craft Lumber by using2 pieces of Wood Bundleseither at theRefined Saw Tableor the Simple Saw Table. Gather the Wood Bundles by using your woodaxe on the trees outside. Carved wood is needed to build theRefined Weapon Benchwhich allows you to craft guns and better tools.

How to craft Refined Saw Table in Nightingale
After venturing into the Forest Antiquarian Realm, completeAurelio Acevedo Ortega’squest to progress in the game. Eventually, you’ll come across different Essence Traders in the Forest Antiquarian Realm who have schematics for upgraded buildings.
Open the building menu, and scroll to theCrafting: Refinementsection. You’ll find the Refined Saw Table schematic. Click onPlaceto align the workshop at your base. Once that’s done, add the following resources:
Both Blade and Mechanical Gears can be obtained from theBrazierby refining Metal Plate and Ingot.
For instance, you can purchase these schematics in exchange forTier 1 Essence. Similarly, I found another Essence Trader in the Forest Provisioner who sold the schematic for the Refined Saw Table in exchange for 15 T1 Essence.
