Picking your faction inXDefiantwill determine your abilities and playstyles, but what about your character? Well, here is how to unlock all Faction characters in XDefiant.
XDefiant: How to unlock all Faction characters
To unlock all characters for each of XDefiant’sfactions– only one character per faction is unlocked from default –you will have to complete Base challenges based on your ability to use the different Activated Abilities. These are closely related to the Faction’s playstyle – for example, Cleaners feature explosive devices, while Echelon characters use stealth – meaning thatyou must master each of these abilities if you wish to unlock them all. Let’s take a look at all Faction character challenges.

And there you go! Go ahead and dive deep into the different playlists – if thegame serversallow that, of course – and activate your abilities and kill or assist your fellow teammates. You can change your loadout at any time and pick any faction member and ability, so don’t worry about being locked with one character throughout a match.
