In Mullet Mad Jack, your weapon of choice can make a world of difference, and upgrading them is crucial. It’s a frenetic game, so it might be tricky to learn how to upgrade weapons in Mullet Mad Jack. This guide can simplify everything for you.
If you’ve played games like Hades 2, you can see how important weapons are. While not all are good, thebest weaponsyou have adds more of an impact. The same can be said for Mullet Mad Jack. But at the same time, powerful weapons at their base level can only take you so far.
To increase your weapon’s power, you must earn aPermanent Power at the end of every level. Usually, there will be three selections to pick from. Two will be modifiers such as having one item to take with you on the next run, and one might be a weapon upgrade. So if you want to increase certain weapons capabilities, simply pick theupgradeselectionif it’s offered at the end of whatever level you’re on.
Using your upgraded weapons
When you pick the selection, you won’t be able to have an upgrade right at the start. Instead, go through the level as you would. As you reach the checkpoint in the level, there will be items plus a weapon to use for the duration of the level. In Mullet Mad Jack, it seems theweapon you used in your last run gets upgraded, and may appear at any of those checkpoints.
For example, I had a shotgun in my first run. I picked the weapon level 2 upgrade and played the level normally. At the second checkpoint, I earned a double-barrel shotgun which is the second level for the weapon. Getting those upgrades is important as you go through the harder levels. Not only are they stronger, but they behave differentlyper upgrade. So in my shotgun example, you get a double barrel from it being a pump action.
If you max out a weapon early on, the game as a whole becomes much easier to play.
Weapons and upgrading them aren’t complete without the items you pick during your run in Mullet Mad Jack.
