It was Goodfellas.’ I talked to him about other projects, and at one point he said, ‘You know the kind of stuff I like to do with you.’ I said, ‘OK.’ That became The Irishman, and it took nine years. We were always looking. ‘What about The Departed?’ ‘Nah, I don’t wanna do that.’ ‘OK.’”

Martin Scorsese And Robert De Niro Mark Their Tenth Collaboration
Killers of the Flower Moonwill mark Scorsese and De Niro’s tenth collaboration. It would also be Scorsese andLeonardo DiCaprio‘s sixth collaboration and the second collaboration for the three. Having all the markings of a Western classic, the movie is based on David Grann’s book of the same name.
A gripping tale, the movie is much more personal than it seems. It is also a movie that the three ended up developing together and re-editing the script again and again until it started to make sense. Now a tragic story exploring human nature, greed, and weakness, it explores how greed paves the way for evil things
One of the most anticipated movies of the year, it will be released on August 14, 2025.The Departedcan be streamed on Netflix.
