The developers behind Absolver and Sifu are back with Rematch, a football game that marks a major shift from their earlier work. Following a successful beta, the game has gained momentum and is now available for purchase on all major digital storefronts for PC and consoles.

This hat is a way for the developers to thank players who supported the title early on in its launch. It’s not much, but you’re getting a neat exclusive item that I assume can be worn during a match.

You can access Rematch 72 hours early by pre-ordering either the Pro or Elite edition.
Rematch System Requirements
Despite being an Unreal Engine 5 title, Rematch isn’t very demanding. Players can expect to play the game at higher settings with an RTX 3050 paired with a Ryzen 3700X. It only requires 20 GB of free space, though an SSD is recommended, which is what I would install most modern titles on anyway.
On the lower side, even a GTX 1060 is enough for the experience, and 8 GB of RAM is recommended either way. The developers do note that the requirements might be updated over time, but so far, the game runs quite well based on the beta.
Does Rematch Have Crossplay Support?
Yes, Rematch has crossplay support. This was confirmed by the developers on both X (formerly Twitter) and Steam.

Rematch Release Date
Rematch is coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PS5, and Xbox Series S|X on August 19, 2025.
