Ubisoft has officially unveiled the release date for Siege X, the update coming for Rainbow Six Siege. It will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Amazon Luna and PC via both Ubisoft Connect and Steam. Siege X is a free upgrade to anyone who owns Rainbow Six Siege. A new era of Rainbow Six will come on June 10 as the game will also provide Free Access, the new Dual Front mode, Clash’s Operator remaster and more. This long-awaited modernization kicks off with Operation Daybreak (Year 10 Season 2) that offers an Operator remaster for Clash.
The Second Season of Year 10
While Siege X is officially launching on June 10, Year 10 of Rainbow Six Siege has already been in session as Season 1 will wrap up on this date.Players can expect balancing updates across various Operators along with changes to electricity and limb damage.The main update comes in the form of a complete Operator remaster for Clash.
Clash will receive significant upgrades including the ability to deploy her CCE Shield MK2.You will be able to move around more quickly with Clash and position her to play off of the shield’s stationary location. The taser can also be operated remotely when the shield is deployed. Defenders can use explosives or simply burst through the shield to destroy it. It will also automatically collapse and expand as she sprints, crouches, vaults and barricades obstacles.

Siege X Early Testing on PC
Siege X will offer test server sessions starting on May 20 at 9 AM EST. This will run all the way through June 9 at 9 AM PST, a day ahead of the full release. This session is open to all players who already ownRainbow Six Siegeon PC. The test server will automatically appear in your Ubisoft Connect library. The option to register for the test server is available on the Ubisoft Connect website.

Five of these maps will be available on June 10 with three more getting upgraded each season going forward.
