For every life, you start out as a fledgling inFantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time. This means that you’ll end up returning to low-level areas repeatedly in order to complete your first quests, since they always start out in the area where you unlock that life. For the miner, one of your first quests has you collect a number of Aquamarines.

Of course, you won’t be able to find a deposit that’s just labeled as Aquamarine. Instead, you need to collect them from other deposit types, and that means that luck plays a small factor in deciding if you get an Aquamarine or not.
Where to Get Aquamarine
One of the best places to get Aquamarine is Faraway Island. You won’t be able to get to the ore deposits right away on Faraway. Instead, you need to keep following the main quests until you’re able to reach the north side of the island and to the northeast section of Lulab Forest, which is another area with deposits. There, you may findIron Deposits and Blue Ore Deposits. In the same way that Topaz can drop from Copper Deposits, Aquamarine has a chance to drop from Iron Deposits and Blue Ore Deposits. To make it even harder, you need to find high-quality ore deposits if you want Aquamarine, which would be the ones labeled with either “Superior” or “Amazing.”
Mining for Aquamarine
As you might expect, your mining level needs to be around 20 if you want to mine all the ores and know that you won’t have an issue.Most of them are Level 19, but it never hurts to be prepared. Additionally, you can level up Duglas and drag him around to mine ore for you, which then has the items he picks up go into your inventory anyway.
Depending on how lucky you are, it might take you some time to gather Aquamarines. What’s nice is that the ore will respawn if you leave the forest, then enter it again and return to the section with those deposits. It’s tedious, but it’s the best method available for farming Aquamarine in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time.
